Who do you cater for?

We offer short-term, fully furnished rental properties. Our guests are generally recent migrants to New Zealand, on business trips or assignments, completing renovations or generally between homes and need somewhere to call home for an extended period.

Do you have a minimum stay?

Our minimum stay is usually 10 days. However, please contact us if you have immediate requirements for a shorter stay and we will do our best to accommodate you. We can accommodate guests for more than 18 months.

How close are local amenities?

All our properties offer a mix of comfort, privacy and convenience. Our properties are all located close to local amenities (shops, supermarkets, restaurants and entertainment), usually just 5 minutes down the road. Auckland City is a 20-30 minute drive, depending on the property.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Our pricing is tiered, based on the length of your stay, with lower prices for longer stays. Please get in touch and we will provide a quote for you.

Can I bring my pet?
