Our portfolio of furnished properties are the perfect place to make your home away from home. Each property provides a comfortable stay, whether you are a new migrant, working away from home, renovating or building a home, or in fact any time you are between homes. We also make a great base for a holiday too.

We offer a range of accommodations, from family-friendly townhouses and rural cottages to executive apartments. Every home is self-contained with everything for a comfortable stay - you only need your suitcase.

As we own each of the properties that we let out, we take a personal interest to ensure your stay is perfect.

Our Properties

Our properties are located on Auckland’s North Shore and Hibiscus Coast. We love these areas for their perfect blend of convenience and lifestyle. Enjoy easy access to the city via excellent bus and motorway links, while being close to stunning beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

  • We had a wonderful family stay at this cozy cottage in the woods. The peaceful surroundings and rustic ambiance made it the perfect as our first place in New Zealand. The kids loved exploring the nearby playgrounds, and we enjoyed staying outside the city but very close to all infrastructure. The owner was very responsive and helped with any issue. Highly recommended for a relaxing nature stay!

The cottages are cosy and welcoming and offer everything you should need for a very comfortable stay. We have very fond memories of staying at Fernhill and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it.

  • Fernhill Cottages were a perfect find for us. We sold our house, hadn't brought our next home and needed accommodation for almost 3 months - with a dog! It was great to find something so close to where we previously lived and where we worked, but to be able to have our dog with us was the biggest thing. It's a magical spot and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend it.
